Recipes From the Local Land
About Vermont Farm to Table
Vermont Farm to Table is the project of two sisters, Nora – a chef, and Jenna – a photographer. Both sisters grew up in Vermont and share a passion for local food! Vermont farm to table brings your recipes that can be made using only Vermont grown ingredients. Unlike many other farm-to-table recipe creators, we don’t make exceptions, even for little things like spices.
Every ingredient you will need to make these recipes can easily be found at your local farmer’s market, or in your backyard garden!
We are thrilled that The Vermont Farm to Table Cookbook is now available where books are sold, featuring 60 of our never-before-seen recipes!

Praise for The Vermont Farm to Table Cookbook
This isn’t just another farm-to-table cookbook; it’s an authentic taste of Vermont terroir. Jenna and Nora are homegrown Vermonters and expert guides through the wheel of the year, from spring’s first greens through winter’s hearty harvests. Lavishly illustrated with easy-to-follow recipes, the book is a joyous celebration of Vermont’s culinary landscape.
This book screams Vermont and all that encompasses. You feel the farm land, the forest and the people coming through every recipe and every photo. Truly a celebration of Vermont food.
The sweetness in the savory dishes achieved a perfect balance; the rich custard [of the maple bourbon crème brulee] was a delightfully mapley indulgence
The book itself is impressive — hard cover, clever design, glossy paper and Jenna’s photographs for each recipe. There are informative cooking instructions for each dish — a book to display that will last a lifetime.
